LDG Labs Limited (registered in England & Wales, company number 17356211, registered office 58a Beckenham Lane, Bromley, England, BR2 0DQ) ("LDG Labs", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the "Get a Quote" form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it
• The details of your enquiry or message, including what service you're asking about

We also collect a small amount of technical information automatically - see "Analytics and security" below.

Why we collect it

We only use this information to respond to your enquiry - for example, to reply by email, discuss your project, or give you a quote. We do not use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Analytics and security

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not store an identifier on your device, and does not follow you across other websites. We only ever see anonymous, aggregated figures - never anything that identifies you personally.

Our enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a real person rather than a bot. To do this, Cloudflare receives your IP address and some technical signals about your browser. This is necessary to keep the form usable and free from spam.

We do not use advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies on this site. The only browser storage we use is a temporary entry that remembers which section of the site you were heading to, which is cleared as soon as you arrive.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of third parties to run this site. They act on our behalf and only handle your information for the purposes described here:

• Vercel - hosts this website and provides the analytics described above.
• Cloudflare - provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on our enquiry form.
• Formspree - delivers completed enquiry forms to our inbox.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where information is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent contractual protections.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and as required for our business records. We delete enquiries we no longer need.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at contact@ldg-labs.com.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
